All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Unless specified otherwise, ZP Seating warrants all products to be free of manufacturer defects in chair frames and workmanship for one year. Our metal products are covered by a three-year warranty against manufacturer defects, including broken or fatigued welds. If any of our products are found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period, please reach out to us to repair or replace the item.

The warranty will automatically be voided in the following situations:

• Tilting any chair while seated in it.
• Rocking any chair while seated in it.
• Pulling or sliding any chair while seated in it.
• Placing fingers underneath any chair seat.
• Standing on any product for any purpose.
• Exceeding the maximum weight limit of two hundred fifty pounds (250 lbs) on any chair.
• Exposing any product to water, flame, gas, excessive heat, or humidity.
